The exercises are many in number and here let us focus on three abdominal workouts.</p>
<p>The first thing you have to buy for this exercise is an inexpensive workout ball which you are going to use through out the three exercises. In this exercise you are going to concentrate on three abdominal muscles they are rectus abdominus which is responsible for the six pack look, the traverse abdominus which is located on the side and the external oblique which is near the side. </p>

<p>These three muscles when exercised properly will reduce your belly fat and this cannot be obtained just by doing sit ups with the workout ball. It can be obtained only after proper learning of muscle contraction and here are some of the exercises reducing your belly fats.</p>
<p>Alright, so here&#8217;s the first exercise. What you need to do is put the ball under your butt and position yourself in a way so your legs and shoulders are stretched with your hands across the shoulders. Once you&#8217;ve got that position, start squeezing your abs, so that they are crunched well. Try doing this about 20 times with 3 sets. You are really going to feel this one.</p>
<p>Keep the ball between your ankles in the lying position then raise the ball towards the sky by holding it in ankle and squeeze the abdomen. After lowering the ball once again squeeze the abdomen and follow this for same numbers as that of the previous one.</p>
<p>Lie on your back and have the exercise ball beneath the knees. After that by keeping your hands across the chest squeeze the abs and move your chin towards the ball at the knees for same repetitions as that of the above. These are the best exercises to reduce belly fats in a fast manner and make you healthier.</p>
