<p>A good beginning point for losing general body weight is to do aerobic exercises. Go jogging, bicycling, or even try some intensive dancing classes. This helps to boost your heart health and burns away calories.</p>
<p>Secondly, you&#8217;ll have to focus on building some new muscle. The more muscles mass you have in your body the quicker you&#8217;ll burn calories. Your muscles will tap into your fat reserves to find fuel, and the more muscle you have the faster they&#8217;ll eat up that fat.</p>

<p>Start with a complete fat burning program</p>
<p>Anybody who understands how our bodies work will tell you that you won’t be able to lose fat just from your arms. Without surgery, it’s just not going to happen.  The key to losing arm fat is to work your entire body with a goal to burn fat. </p>

<p>To burn body fat, you will need to take up a sensible diet and exercise program, and you won’t need to starve yourself either.  In fact, if you do things right, you will rarely, if ever, feel hungry and will only need to spend between 30 to 40 minutes per day, three times a week on your workouts. </p>
<p>The right program will allow you to eat foods that satisfy you, so don’t worry about going hungry. </p>
<p>Foods rich in protein combined with plenty of fresh veggies will help to keep the food cravings away! Protein rich foods can include lean red meat, chicken, fish, and egg whites. Try to pick vegetables of varying colors for each meal – like a rainbow of foods! This will ensure you’re mixing your vegetable types and not eating too much of the same thing.</p>
<p>A small indulgence is okay</p>
<p>Allow yourself a small treat once in a while. Once a week is ok – don’t indulge every day! </p>

<p>You have some great-looking muscles under that arm fat, and it’s time to expose them! Exercise is very important to help you lose arm fat although you’re not restricted to just arm exercises. </p>
<p>Strength training will form one aspect of your workouts and involves doing exercises like squats, lunges, pushups, bicep curls (using weights), chest presses, and much more. <p>Now it’s time to think about cardio.  Cardio doesn’t mean you need to spend five hours on the treadmill at the gym.  In fact, you can do cardio in the comfort of your own home if you really don’t want to go outside &#8211; and it can be done in minutes not hours!</p>
<p>Put variety into your workouts!  You can spend your first cardio workout alternating jogging on the spot with walking on the spot for 15 minutes, or if you have a rope, you can skip at varying intensities. The key is to get your heart pumping as you work your body to the limit.</p>
