<p>Tired of the usual and boring abs exercises that dont even produce results? This article is intended to help you find out how to get flat abs through using a workout that provides high intensity stabilization techniques. Changing up an abs exercise routine can help you produce a higher intensity work out which is going to speed up your results.</p>
<p>Here is a full body workout that you can do to get ripped abs in a more efficient and faster time! This high intensity consists of three exercises and is set up in a tri-set format which is similar to like a super-set.</p>
<p><span id="more-309"></span></p>
<p>Here goes:</p>
<p>1a. Renegade Dumbbell Rows</p>
<p>1b. Front Squats with Barbell</p>
<p>1c. Mountain Climbers on Floor</p>
<p>For each exercise, 3-4 sets of 8 reps would be a great rep scheme to follow.  You can also do more sets and less reps, 5 sets of 5 reps or something like that. Mountain climbers can be done for a time interval (such as 30 seconds) instead of &#8220;reps&#8221;.</p>
<p>To do renegade dumbbell rows, start in a pushup position with your hands on two dumbbells. Then, row one dumbbell up while keeping your body stabilized with the other arm.~ Bring the dumbbell back to the ground and alternate the rowing arm while stabilizing with the opposite arm. So how does this work out my abs you may be asking?  The stabilizing effect during the rows it what creates work for your abdominal. Dont think your abs are getting a workout, wait til you feel it in the morning!</p>
<p>Front squats are done similar to back squats, however with the barbell in front of your body on the front of your shoulders instead of resting on the upper back as in back squats. Set the barbell on your shoulders with your arms crossed and push your firsts into the bar against your shoulders, keeping your elbows out in front.</p>
<p>This takes a little practice at first, so you will want to seek a professional trainer at your gym to help you with the form. Front squats require extreme stabilization strength from the abs due to the barbell weight being shifted to the front of the body instead of the back. Even though this is mostly a leg exercise, you&#8217;ll feel this one in the abs big time!</p>
<p>Mountain climbers are done by starting in a pushup position and then shuffling your feet in and out so that your knees are moving in under your chest and then back out to starting position. It simulates climbing a mountain, hence the name for this workout, mountain climbers. Mountain climbers is one of the best way to lose belly fat as it burns off body fat.</p>
<p>These are tri-sets so after doing an exercise, rest only for about 30 seconds, and then go on to the next one immediately.  Take a small 1-2 minute break in between tri-sets, then repeat it.</p>
<p>In spite of the fact that there are no direct abs exercises involved, this is one of the best abs exercises you can do. Do the workout and youll become believer too!</p>

<p>I know you&#8217;ve been thinking about body detox. Otherwise you wouldn&#8217;t have come onto this site, sniffing out information. And my guess is that you&#8217;ve come here for a definitive list of what detox systems work, of whether you should go with teas or pre-mixes, or sludge, or simply pay the hundreds of dollars for that colonic you&#8217;ve always known you should have gotten but have up until now avoided. Well, my friend: it&#8217;s a new day. Healthful living is popularized because health care itself is getting prohibitively more expensive. </p>
<p>The Millenials are safe because we&#8217;ve finally gotten the PR battle about clean living right. The days when it might be outside of the norm to stay virginal till married (though we REALLY don&#8217;t recommend that) and to never have touched a cigarette or tasted beer by the time you&#8217;re fifteen are gone. It was through the trial-and-error phase of the clean living movement&#8211; my generation&#8211; that so many people got the propaganda wrong and, as such, it&#8217;s my generation who will need these sorts of treatments more often, and soon.</p>
<p><span id="more-138"></span></p>
<p>Failure to do so will rob those Millenials of their parents. And by &#8220;their parents,&#8221; my friends, I mean us. Our last-ditch efforts to hold onto the ripple-effects of the sixties and seventies (since we were born in the seventies and eighties) is resulting in higher obesity rates and dramatic increases in health problems like heart disease, lung conditions, hypertension, and diabetes. And the last time I checked, none of us were getting any younger. </p>
<p>That&#8217;s absolutely counter-productive to your children&#8217;s futures. You should know better.</p>
<p>Life expectancy across the country is rising, due in large part to the dramatic decrease in infant mortality. On the other hand, obesity, Diabetes, and hypertension are all also on the rise. That means that there will be more people eventually in hospitals for things that&#8211; at least in the three cases mentioned just now&#8211; there will be more people in those hospitals. If you could decrease the possibility of being in that position just by following a a <a rel="nofollow" target='_blank' href='http://diet.weight-loss-infos.com/goto/body_cleansing_program/138/1'>body cleansing program</a> , would you?</p>
