If you want to lose 20 pounds in 10 days then you've come to the right article. I know of only one way to do this which doesn't involve drastic measures. However, let me just say that this is a big weight loss in a short time. If you can spare more time to lose 20 lbs in, you should try a more gradual approach.
But for now, let's focus on how you can shed 20 pounds in 10 days. As I said, this isn't easy and cannot be done with any old diet and fitness plan. There is simply not enough time.

Detoxing is a process in which you cleanse your body from within by going on a liquid fast (you can eat very little solids). The liquids that you drink are all targeted to help you purify your body from within and flush out a lot of undigested weight which has accumulated there over the years. This helps the body become lighter by a few pounds. How many pounds you will shed depend on many factors like your initial weight and past eating habits, but it can be quite significant.
Will you lose 20 pounds in 10 days? I can't guarantee that but I will say that it's the only way you can even come close.
Detoxing can also help with acne problems, allergies, muscle pain, and all sorts of conditions. It just purifies your body from within.
However, detoxing does have its drawbacks:
1. It is very low in calories so it's not easy to stick to.
2. As you don't eat solids, you may experience cravings.
3. You can only do this kind of diet for a limited time. 10 days is the maximum, in my opinion.
Doing a detox for too long can be unhealthy. Overall, losing 20 lbs in 10 days is a lot and I recommend giving it more time. However, if you really have to meet a 10 day deadline, then a detox diet is the only way to go.
