Blood Type Diet (Blood Type O)
If you are Blood Type O, chances are your
body feels better when you eat more meat. A Blood Type O person does better with chicken,
and beef, and a list of other high protein food versus carbohydrates or fats. Knowing what food you can use and what food
to avoid, if you have Blood Type O, will go to great length in helping your body digest,
