Diet Plan: What I Do To Stay Healthy

A lot of people have been asking me how and why I lost weight over the years. I used to weigh 135 when I began working at TYT in 2007, and now I'm around 110. A lot of it has to do with my workout routine. Check out the video for more. I will address this in more detail in a vlog later. We are not nutritionists or health professionals, so please don't take my advice as expert advice. These are just my thoughts and experiences.
