DIET TIPS:
♡ Drink 1L of water a day
♡ Eat your 5 a day
♡ Try and eat veg with every meal
♡ Eat 3 healthy meals a day
♡ Try to snack on fruit
♡ Muller light, walkers under 100 cals or weightwatchers are my best 'unhealthy' options
♡ Tea is okay as long as it's not 100000000 cups a day!

EXERCISE:
♡ Walk, cycle, jog or run every day

♡ My personal favourites are: Squats, crunches, sit ups, toe touches and 30 second planks

♡ Perfect thigh gap challenge:
1) 10 toe touches (standing)
2) 20 lunges (10 on each leg)
3) 30 squats
4) 40 jumping jacks
5) 50 second toe touch (sitting)
6) 60 second wall sit
