Refined white sugar should also be replaced with brown cane sugar.

The allow list consists of vegan ingredients like fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, beans and berries. Among fruits, lemon, lime, grape, grapefruit, apples, oranges and watermelon are important fruits that assist most in the fight against obesity. Cooking oils like olive oil, sunflower oil or garlic oil should be preferably used and the vegetables should be taken in an adequate amount to supply the proteins, vitamins and minerals to the body.
