IS ALL BECAUSE YOU'RE CONTROLING THE BIG SWINGS IN BLOOD SUGAR

WHOLE GRAIN BAGELS YOU SEE HERE, WE HAVE WHOLE FRUITS,
RASPBERRIES, STRAWBERRIES, BLACKBERRIES,
MULTI-COLORED…THE MORE COLORS, THE MORE NUTRIENTS, THE
HEALTHIER IT IS. WHOLE GRAIN PASTA, BROWN RICE,
STILL SOME STARCHES, AND THEN SWEET POTATOES WHICH HAVE MORE
FIBER AND MORE NUTRIENTS THAN WHITE POTATOES.
I SAVED THE BEST FOR LAST. (LAUGHTER). I AM AN ADMITTED CHOCO-HOLIC. ME TOO! (LAUGHTER). SO–. ME THREE! (LAUGHTER). AND THAT'S ALL OF US! AND MORE AND MORE OF THE
