NOTE: This is what works for me and also makes me feel good. It may not suit you. I think the factor i attain weight loss was because i had not been truly trying. I had not been considering myself so i in fact think that helped.

I also now exercise 3x per week and not 4!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF MY DIET PLAN: This was from today – so you can see its various from the video clip – i modification points up yet you obtain the kind of strategy i follow.

Meal One: Super Shake:.
Protein Powder.
Super green food.
Half Banana.
Tsp of peanut butter.

Meal 2.
Chicken.
Roasted Veggies.

Dish 3.
Meal One: Super Shake:.
Healthy protein Powder.
Super eco-friendly food.
Fifty percent Banana.
Tsp of peanut butter.

Dish 4.
Pursuit Healthy protein Bar.

Dish 5.
Chicken.
Roasted Veggies.

Meal 6.
Cottage Cheese.
Protein Powder (blended in).
Frozen Grapes.

I follow this 6 days each week and also on the 7th day i consume whatever i want for the entire day.
