  3. Meat eaters like a vegan like Clarence because he does not preach, but he won’t turn people vegan, people just like him. Vegan gains pisses people off but some people realise the importance of the message and do become vegan. More divisive but doing more for vegan movement I think.

  5. For those who want to go vegan you don’t have to suddenly go 100% hardcore. Just reduce your consumption 50% and add 50% of beans/lentils or peas and go from there.

  6. Your dieting is very awesome but you said that you cannot get enough DHA in your diet and you are taking some supplements. You do not actually have to. Just take more almond on daily basis and try one thing called wakame. Wakame is a type of seaweed that include all sorts of omega 3,6,9 fatty acids. Also, try spirulina. It is a type of algae very rich in omega 3,6,9 fatty acid and have shiton of protein in it. Literally more than 50% of spirulina is protein. It also got so much mineral.
