Being energetic is SO essential. The more muscle you have the faster your metabolism is and the more calories youll burn doing everyday things.

I am the only girl in my entire immediate family members that is a healthy weight, so this is something I am extremely passoinate concerning. However that does not mean I do not enjoy the periodic french fries, soft drink, candy etc!

Also, HUNGER does NOT work. Either youre mosting likely to stop at one point and get all your weight back, or youll become exceptionally unwell as well as perhaps die. So yea. Just be smart. Theres no quick fix-it to your health and weight.

PS Please remember that my weight/body kind could not be whats right for you. Locate something that is appropriate for your age, height and also way of living. Bodies are not a one kind fit all example.
