  6. I started doing Insanity, just finished video 12. I’m a big guy 5’9 I weigh 260 lbs. I started exercising at the beginning of July, just lifting weights, etc. I started at 295 lbs, but I see all these videos and plans on eating food 5 to 6 times a day. I have been eating basically one meal a day for about 3 years, before I started working out, I would snack on some unhealthy stuff, and drink a lot of soda, which I have dramatically cut down on, but I just don’t think I could do 5-6 meals a day. I know I don’t eat enough food, but through experience, when I eat more than once a day, I gain weight. I’ve seen videos on intermittent fasting, and thought that was more my style, though as I said I still don’t eat enough. I’m not sure what to do.

  8. +canadianknifeExpert Well I do lots of pushups in my room and and don’t forget if I do too much sport while I’m still young I won’t grow up faster ^^’ ….anyway 200-300 pushups or even more every night before sleep is cool 🙂 thanks anyway :3

  9. Zombie23Maniac don’t get discouraged!! I thought the same thing, I was never real big but I had gained 40 lbs after I broke my back. Being in the Army I was over weight and they were going to kick me out if I didn’t lose weight. I started with only changing my eating habits. I started doing the 5-6 meals a day and at first I was always hungry but as you start tweaking what you eat and when you eat it I was still full after 2-3 hours but knew I had to fill my calorie intake while working out. 

  10. Does anyone just do three meals and take in all of their calories and fats and protein that way? I’ve heard the metabolism and eating several times a day thing isn’t an actual thing. I just don’t know how to find the time to do that.

  12. I’ve been seeing Garcinia Cambogia diets all over. I even heard my mom talking about this diet a few days ago since one of her friends has lost like 12 lbs in the first 15 days!   14. Dude; don’t listen to this guy fully. This chode loves to spend his money on all this “name brand” garbage. Don’t fall for his schemes.

    In fact, this guy is simply regurgitating every single piece of information given to him from other, more reputable, coaches.

    Guys it’s real simple. What to lose weight? Incur a deficit of calories of what you basic resting metabolic rate burns; typically for men a 2,000 calorie diet which is on most nutrition labels.

    Don’t buy into this this scammers gimmicks and buy all of this expensive garbage when you can easily get by with regular products. Just limit your intake.

    Sickens me to see idiots like this spend money into these scam companies for products you can find for 75% cheaper!

  16. in trying to find advice on what my 13 year old son should eat/how much while on insanity. he’s on week 3 and noticing results. he’s cut sugars and making better choices in food….he’s a naturally lean person so I told him not to be too crazy on diet because he’s a growing boy….should we step up the nutrition?

  20. Guys. lost tons of weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’m going to give you some advice now. Look for a popular weight loss system called Antinobotan Solution (search on google). Thanks to it I have lost tons of weight. I shouldn’t even be speaking about it cause I don’t really want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a great mood right now so I’ll share the wealth haha.
