  1. Dear Corrina, can you please do a video about the thigh gap! Because there’s a lot confusion about it and everyone is obsessed about it. It seems like everyone wants a thigh gap. And then are others who are like “They’re not healthy!” And shame those that have them. So can you please do a video about thigh gaps and weather they’re an attainable goal and how to get them and all. Thank you!

  2. That’s a great question– every person’s body is different and there are definitely some body types that will probably not attain a thigh gap without severe caloric restriction. On the other hand, some women will have a gap between the thighs at a healthy weight.  We always encourage people to work for the health aspects of fitness, not “Vanity Fitness” that has become so popular– thanks for your question! -Corrina

  3. Coconut water tastes terrible in my opinion. I just guzzle tho so I don’t have to think about the taste. Lol

  4. I know a few people who feel that way, you may try some different brands out if available.  My favorite is straight out the coconut but that can get expensive 🙁  Adding a little cranberry juice might help mask the flavor.  But I think you’ll grow to love it over time!

  5. I tasted one with Mango but it still wasnt for me! But like I said, I guzzle it to not think about the taste but the benefits like I do with apple cidar vinegar.

  6. +Diamond Johnson Yes, I know the feeling.  Some of the flavored ones I think are actually worse lol 🙂  Hopefully you will get used to it over time!!  You rock for drinking it anyway!! Definitely after a really hot workout I find it very easy to down a bunch of coconut water 🙂

  8. You’ve confused me. In one video you pretty much said caffeine isn’t good for you. In this, you made no claims that it was healthy but that it would give you energy. Presonally, I drink 1 cup of coffee a day and once in awhile two. I drink water for most of the rest of the day and have been allowing myself one diet soda after I’ve drunk enough water. I’ve decided to get rid of the diet soda altogether and instead, drink green tea. I have found a decaffeinated green tea mostly because I already have trouble sleeping, don’t need any more caffeine. My question is whether 1) Is caffeine healthy or unhealthy and will I get the same health & weight loss benefits from decaffeinated green tea?

  9. +rehan ashraf Anything you eat or drink with calories is calories in. Exercise is calories out. Soy milk has about the same effect on your blood sugar as regular milk. It contains less calories because it has less fat in it but that doesn’t mean it actually directly helps you lose weight. So I would have to say, “no, it won’t necessarily help you lose weight”. On the other hand, it’s not a food that will likely make you gain weight either. Most soy is the US is GMO. If you drink soy milk, i would drink organic only. Hemp milk is more nutrient dense.

  10. +kairosgrammy Caffeine, like alcohol, is a drug. Used in moderation in the right scenario can be helpful… the key word is moderation. Remember earlier in the video how she kept saying that you should use the extra energy boost you get from caffeine to work out? Just a little bit in the morning to help you wake up, and a small amount to boost your energy during a work-out. Some people drink a little alcohol to help them get to sleep if they are restless, or a little bit to help fight off a cold or sniffles. An old-school remedy for babies crying over the pain of teething is to dab a bit of brandy onto their gums.

    Like any drugs, they can be beneficial to our health when used properly in small amounts. Over-indulge, and then that’s when the problems occur. For example, if you become caffeine dependent and live off of 5-hour-energy and espresso, your body will go into adrenal fatigue and your body will have a difficult time naturally producing its own energy when it needs to. Cutting caffeine cold-turkey in this situation will cause you to go through withdrawal, you’ll sweat, shake, get migraines, and be constantly exhausted.

    Remember, moderation is key.
